• As contractors have to pay a fixed fee per introduction, an exaggeration of one´s abilities would just lead to many introduction fees without any actual projects. This way, Zealancer is only worthwhile for professional and honest contractors.
• As clients can only request one contractor, they make a careful selection. Therefore 37% of our introductions result in projects.
• Contractors who are not available must pause their profile to avoid unnecessary introduction fees.
